Is Easynews off the air

Hi,

I was getting really slow download speeds this morning (Australia time) and then the downloads stopped altogether. Since then I've been unable to access the easynews website - anyone happen to know what is going on?

Hey, I'm in the states and I have been having no luck even loading any easynews page for the last hour or so. Download was going slow earlier so I tried to change the path from their trace page and got nothing. Since then no browser will even load any of the easynews site pages, I can't even get to the support site. Help!

Same issue here in San Diego, CA no access to easynews.com, support pages etc. Does anyone have their 800 number? It's been down for a full day now, how come they don't post any information?

Just cracked this one.

I've not been able to login for days now... it seems they are moving all the routing selections, so the last one you used probably wont work!

I had to e-mail support@easynews.com and they (very quickly) replied after confirming a few of my account details that they had a problem with the last "route" I chose, hence the login failure. They changed it to an alternate route & it worked straight away.
